Lynn Bain

Co-founder and CEO of Boxwood Hospitality, Lynn began her career as a CPA in the assurance division of Ernst & Young. She joined Fort Worth-based J. Taylor in 2006 serving as a stakeholder in a role that combined her financial and accounting skillset with operational expertise in the healthcare market. Her decade spent leading strategic, financial and operational projects has enabled Boxwood to build out an incredible team while Lynn leads the training, development of operational processes, investor relations and staff development. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Texas A&M.

Thomas Bain

Thomas is a Co-founder of Boxwood Hospitality and has been involved in real estate acquisition and development in North Texas for over 15 years including Lincoln Property Company, Merritt Capital Partners, and Clapham Capital. His extensive real estate background includes underwriting, site selection, project management, and the development of both The Laurel and The Cliff House. He is responsible for Boxwood’s acquisitions as well as the day to day operations of the facilities and identification of strategic partnerships. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Management from Texas A&M.

Sandy margritz

In her position as Sales & Marketing Manager, Sandy is often clients’ first introduction to Boxwood. Her warmth, genuine hospitality, and years of client service experience help begin conversations with future partners.

Ellen joined the Boxwood team as a Sales & Marketing Assistant in 2018 and supports in client tours and response, as well as social media and all Boxwood marketing efforts.

As Director of Event Operations, Jessica is responsible for the successful execution of all Boxwood events. She joined Boxwood in 2018 after moving from Austin where she managed multiple venues for a large hospitality company and previously ran her own events company.

Tzahhia Coleman

Tzahhia has been an Event Manager with Boxwood since 2016 where she specializes in weddings and private clients. Her warmth and hospitality extend to every stage of the planning and execution process.
