Boxwood is seeking a full-time Sales Associate that exudes southern hospitality and is willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a diverse team of event professionals. The Sales Associate will be responsible for successfully responding to all inbound inquiries, developing sample proposals and successfully booking each property. This is an entry level role and a great way to begin your career in hospitality!
sales Manager (Full-time) - BOXWOOD HOSPITALITY
Position Summary:
Boxwood is seeking a full-time Sales Manager that exudes southern hospitality and is willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a diverse team of event professionals. While the Sales Manager will be responsible for successfully responding to all inbound inquiries, developing sample proposals and successfully booking each property, this role will have demonstrated prior proficiency at selling established properties and serves as a resource for Sales Associates while focusing their efforts on transitioning and/or new properties, strategic growth of the Sales Division and serves as a trusted resource for the Director of Sales.
social media intern (Part-Time) - BOXWOOD HOSPITALITY
Position Summary:
Boxwood is seeking a part-time Social Media Intern. The Social Media Intern will play a crucial role in developing engaging content, maintaining our photo library, and providing valuable insights into key trends. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in the exciting world of event management and social media marketing. The position offers hourly compensation, with an anticipated workload ranging from 10 to 15 hours per week
Event coordinator (Full-time) - BOXWOOD HOSPITALITY
Position Summary:
Boxwood is seeking a full-time Event Coordinator to service both social and corporate event clients at the various Boxwood properties. This is an entry level position and would work closely with our Senior Event Manager & Director of Operations to support day-to-day activities. Weekend availability required.
EVENT ASSISTANT (PART TIME) - BOXWOOD HOSPITALITY
Position Summary:
Boxwood is seeking a part-time Event Assistant to work events at Boxwood-managed properties 1-2 times/week (i.e. morning assistant or evening assistant) supporting Event Coordinators and Client needs. This is a fantastic first step for those interested in the hospitality and events industry and will come to learn the basic tenants of Boxwood processes while working alongside our talented event management team.
